Method 2: Password login
Please click on the upper right corner as shown in the picture and switch to the Password to login
And enter your account password in the area shown to log in.
Note: If you log in from a non-usable device, the security mechanism will be triggered and security checks will be performed.
Can new accounts log in directly from the "MySyndciate" app?
Yes, new accounts can be logged in using the account password in the "MySyndciate" application. You can also log in to the web-side system after logging in to the "MySyndciate" application (version 0.2.4) using the QR code recognition login function. Because of the higher security level of the app, you do not need to perform security authentication by SMS/email verification code to log in to the web-side system at this time. After you log in to the web-side system, you still need to complete the process step of improving your account information. This step cannot be completed within the App for the time being, and is expected to be supported in the future.
What is my login account?
By default, your email address (corporate email) is your login account on mobile and web web applications.
Why does the scan login fail?
Please make sure you use My Syndicate App scanning function on your cell phone. You can't use other software to scan code to login.
Please try to increase the brightness of your computer screen. Low brightness may affect code recognition.
